Manufacturing method of spout pouch (manufacturing processes)
The manufacturing process of spout pouches includes five steps.
1. Demand analysis
The customer puts up with the requirements, packaging product functional requirements and acceptance criteria in writing. Then the manufacturer shows the customer a prototype containing all the functional and performance parameters the customer wants.
2. Sample test
Take the existing samples as the target products required by customers for special testing, filling machine commissioning testing, finished product packaging performance testing and aging testing (shelf-life testing).
3. Product design
According to the customer’s product packaging design manuscript, adjust the design scheme of flexible packaging nozzle bag, review of composite material process selection and production industry review.
4. Test run confirmation of customized samples
Trial produce samples according to the design scheme and product scheme confirmed by both parties in writing, and the test items used in test step 2 are the basis for production confirmation of standard products.
5. Mass production manufacturing
Confirm the samples according to the test results of customized samples, sign customized processing contracts and mass produce.
